LOCATION: Tbilisi, Georgia

WHAT WILL YOU BE WORKING ON: Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

** Managing internal communications to keep employees informed, engaged, and aligned with company initiatives;
** Ensuring brand consistency across all communication materials, including tone, messaging, and visual identity;
** Planning and executing internal and external events, including employee engagement activities and corporate gatherings;
** Managing external communications across digital, social media, and print channels, ensuring all content aligns with KPMG`s brand guidelines;
** Supporting and enhancing employer branding to attract and engage talent through targeted communication;
** Collaborating with HR, leadership, and cross-functional teams to ensure messaging aligns with company goals and culture;

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

** 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field;
** Bachelor`s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related discipline;
** Strong ability to multitask, manage multiple projects simultaneously;
** Proactive and initiative-driven, with a keen ability to take ownership of tasks and drive projects forward;
** Creative problem-solver, able to develop fresh ideas and effective solutions;
** Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms;
** Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Georgian and English, Russian would be a plus.
