Responsibilities:

** Manage the setup and maintenance of various digital marketing accounts, including social media platforms, advertising platforms, and email marketing tools.
** Organize and maintain all relevant data and assets associated with each account.
** Conduct thorough market research to identify and segment target audiences based on demographics, interests, and behaviors.
** Implement remarketing principles to target and re-engage previous website visitors or customers effectively.
** Continuously optimize remarketing campaigns to improve conversion rates.
** Create and execute digital marketing campaigns with a focus on both evergreen content and specific conversion objectives.
** Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to enhance results.
** Manage Google Ads campaigns to drive relevant traffic to our website.
** Analyze website traffic data and user behavior to identify areas for improvement, especially focusing on high bounce rates.Collaborate with the SEO team to align digital marketing strategies with search engine optimization efforts.
** Coordinate the execution of SEO recommendations to enhance online visibility.

Requirements:

** Minimum 3 years of Proven experience as a Digital Marketer or similar role with a strong track record of successful digital marketing campaigns.
** Experienced in E-commerce or digital product sales, driving growth through data-driven marketing strategies and performance campaigns.
** Proficient in Google Tag Manager and Server-Side Tagging, ensuring seamless integration of ** Conversion APIs for accurate data tracking and performance measurement.
** In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, Google Ads, remarketing, etc.
** Familiarity with audience segmentation and targeting techniques.
** Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
** Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
** Proficiency in handling digital marketing tools and platforms.
** Understanding of SEO principles and its integration with digital marketing efforts.
